Previously, Link continued shrine questing. He wrapped up his work in the Akkala region with the shrine quest “The Spring of Power” and the Tutsuwa Nima Shrine west of the East Akkala Stable. Then, he moved on to the Eldin region with the shrine quest “The Gut Check Challenge” and the Gorae Torr Shrine at Gut Check Rock. Link also went to Hyrule Castle to commandeer some Steel Lizal Bows. Now, he will continue shrine questing in the Eldin region.

Link resumes at his house in Hateno Village. He will start with the shrine quest “A Brother’s Roast”, which he accepted from Bladon in Goron City in video #041.

Link teleports to the Shae Mo’sah Shrine near Goron City (time 0:42).

In Goron City, Link talks to Bladon about “A Brother’s Roast” (time 1:51). Bladon’s younger brother, Gonguron, has gone to Gorko Tunnel southwest of Gorko Lake in search of a “secret of the hero”.

To get there quickly, Link teleports to the Daqa Koh Shrine southeast of Goron City (time 2:48). He heads generally south to find Gorko Lake, a lava lake. From the lake, he takes a path west.

When he finds a path leading southeast, he also finds a sign pointing towards Gorko Tunnel (time 4:22).

Soon afterwards, Link finds the entrance to Gorko Tunnel (time 4:58).

Inside, he finds Gonguron, Bladon’s little bro (time 5:17). Unfortunately, Gonguron is starving. Bladon arrives. He asks Link to go down the nearby hill to Gortram Cliff and retrieve a Rock Roast. This updates the objective for “A Brother’s Roast”.

Link leaves the Gorko Tunnel (time 6:56). He turns left and heads southwest down the hill. A sign points the way to Gortram Cliff (time 7:04).

There are also a couple of Moblins waiting on the path below. The Moblin standing on a platform wields a ranged weapon, so Link takes care of it first. The bow-wielding Moblins here tend to drop Fire Arrows. Very nice.

Link reaches Gortram Cliff (time 9:24). Several Rock Roasts sit nearby. The objective for “A Brother’s Roast” is updated.

Also, some additional Moblins spawn up the hill. There are also boulders that will try to flatten Link. Before trying to carry a Rock Roast back to the tunnel, Link first triggers the rolling boulders and takes out the Moblins. Farther up the cliff, there are also Red Chuchus. The last sign of danger is a massive boulder near the tunnel.

At Gortram Cliff, Link picks up a Rock Roast (time 13:43). He carries it up the hill to the tunnel.

In the Gorko Tunnel, a scene takes place when Link brings the Rock Roast close to Bladon (time 15:00). After Bladon’s igneous cuisine, Gonguron reveals a shrine. “A Brother’s Roast” complete!

Link finds the Kayra Mah Shrine (time 17:36). He examines the pedestal to open the shrine and activate the travel gate.

Link enters the shrine (time 18:01). Kayra Mah issues the trial Greedy Hill. After the entrance is a long slopped passage with three lanes. As Link tries to climb the hill, objects of various sizes will roll down to knock him down. The small metal balls are the worst.

In an alcove on the right, there is a chest containing a Ruby (time 19:08).

From the door to the altar room, Link turns around. He sees a chest on a platform on the wall to his right (time 20:07). He glides to it from the doorway. The chest contains 5 Bomb Arrows (time 20:13).

Link examines Kayra Mah’s altar (time 20:37). He earns Spirit Orb #095. He now has 3 Spirit Orbs on hand.

Link teleports to the Shae Mo’sah Shrine near Goron City (time 21:46). He checks in with Bladon and Gonguron (time 22:37). Gonguron has become a digging machine. I am worried about the future structural integrity of their home!

Next, Link teleports to the Ze Kasho Shrine near the South Akkala Stable (time 23:41). His next target is a shrine on the northern shore of Cephla Lake, which is east of the Foothill Stable.

He climbs the ridge west of the shrine. While doing this, he photographs a Summerwing Butterfly for the Hyrule Compendium.

From the ridge, he glides down west towards the shrine (time 26:01). The shrine is only a few meters above water level.

Link reaches the Sah Dahaj Shrine (time 26:26). He examines the pedestal to open the shrine and activate the travel gate.
